Over these 8 weeks, I will help you to understand that in order to lose weight, get off your medications, have more energy, live happier, you don’t have to give up anything—in fact—you can have so much more! Mindful eating is not a diet, it's a non- judgement practice of eating in a way that makes you feel healthy and happy. Most importantly it's a lifestyle that you can trust to never change no matter what diet or food trend comes on the market.
This 8 week program will be focused around a weekly theme and will be broken down into easy to consume modules containing mind-blowing content, video lessons, and food-related blogs. This program is designed for you to go at your own pace on your own time. At the end of each week, I will host a live coaching call to bring our "tribe" together to ask questions and connect on important issues.
