At On Target Living we understand that life sometimes takes you in all directions. To help you stay active and incorporate more movement, we have provided you with a high quality workout routine that you can take with you no matter where you go. This mobile friendly fitness program consists of the 5 essential pieces to an efficient and result driven workout including dynamic warm-up, foundation poses, cardio exercises, strength training, and flexibility/cool down movements.
This program includes (3) 60 minute split routines (arms/shoulders, chest/back, lower body) along with a quick 30 minute full body routine for the days where you are crunched for time.
Each routine is designed to help you improve posture, core strength, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
